Federal regulations state that a Tribe shall develop licensing procedures for all employees of a gaming operation. A license is a revocable privilege granted by the Gaming Commission to perform a job or to do an act upon gaming premises. The Sac & Fox Gaming Commission determines the licensing eligibility of all Meskwaki Bingo Casino Hotel (MBCH) applicants, employees, and vendors to hold a Gaming or Non-Gaming license in order to obtain or maintain a Gaming or Non-Gaming license.
